Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to HQ

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our Creating the Difference inspection facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
